Brikolör – a Swedish design and manufacturing company – are making furniture with a 300 year guarantee. It wont fall apart in your lifetime. That’s a welcoming breaking idea. I visited a company that makes 96 new flavours for the dairy industry every year. And who wouldn’t like their yoghurt to taste like chili, lime and fish oil? Just because we can. Brikolör could set a standard for other manufacturers. My 1963 Vespa still starts every morning. What other products made in 2010 will last 50 or 300 years?
